Judi is a creative and collaborative adult learning specialist with more than 20 years of experience in college, graduate-level, workplace, church, and community education. She has designed curriculum in health education, interpersonal and helping skills training, and family life education, and facilitates dynamic learning experiences both on-site and at a distance via telephone conference and the world-wide web. Judi is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, Schools of Psychology (PhD) and Theology (MAT) and Biola University (BA, Christian Education; MA, Marriage and Family Counseling). She has completed professional coach training through CoachU, Inc.

Dr. Roger Gilstrap is affiliated with Wycliffe Bible Translators where he currently serves as the Director of Administrative and Executive Recruitment. He has served in a variety of roles with Wycliffe, including International Vice President for Human Resources, CEO Wycliffe Canada, International Personnel Consultant, and Leadership Development Coordinator for both Wycliffe and its sister organization, SIL. He also volunteers as a consultant for the Center for Organizational Reform, a non-profit organization based in Washington state.
Roger’s educational background includes BS in Business Administration (Biola University), MA in History (California State University, Fresno), and PhD in Educational Leadership (Gonzaga University).
Dr. Gilstrap and Dr. Judi Iverson-Gilbert, ECo founding partner, have collaborated on a number of projects and have known each other since their undergraduate days at Biola University.
